Pokemon Accesories?

Can anyone tell me places that i can get free contest accessories for Pokemon diamond? For example the Woman who gives you a big tree round the back of Eterna forest.

when u walk with your pokemon in amnity square (a cutsy pokemon) your pokemon occasionaly finds items that might be contest accessories.
